I'm 31, in good health, do some workout almost regularly (lately lock down fucked my routine badly but I try to do some light home workout at least twice a week). But I can't walk more than 5k steps without having pain in feet, and by 10k+ it kinda ruins the experience and the mood. This could just be muscular—though if it was still happening for months of near daily walks that wouldn’t make sense—but my experience is that this is a lymphatic or circulation issue. 5k steps in a day is very little walking. You really should talk to a doc and make sure nothing weird is going on.
