If Castlevania didnt exist would you really be so critical of the animation? I mean some of our most beloved cartoons from the past suffer more from fps then this and nobody ever cares. I for one was never distracted from it and it was able to portray what it wanted which is a badass mythology epic. Could it have been smoother of course, do I care, no. I only watched up to episode 2 so far and the fps is so bad in some parts. I wonder if all the budget went to the voice actors since it has like 6 different audio options. While I like there was a dub in my language, just english would work too if that made the animations smoother.
