For single people, this is a fantastic stress relief. I hit my 10,000 steps a day (being taller, that's about 11km) and I'm also an avid runner once a week (5 or 10km, depending on how strength training and dance went throughout the week). Listening to a podcast and decompressing everything that happened throughout the week has been very helpful.
